Bier Hall Laneway Project | Environmental and Interactive Installation
Art Direction, Concept Design, 3D modelling, visualisation and animation

As part of Glasgow City Council's 2018-19 Laneway Environmental Regeneration initiative we were asked to create a concept for an interactive installation in a small city centre laneway, connecting multiple commercial spaces and stakeholders, improving the visual appeal of the lane, creating an adaptable event space through bespoke design that could be fitted over existing structures and providing access for facilities. The design would be used to host micro fashion events, live performances and screening events accompanied by bespoke food and drink offerings.

We designed a series of wooden modules that would be constructed into a framework incorporating colour changing LEDs and filled with natural foliage. Our design concept was intended to feel like an urban oasis, where they could rest and revitalise, and ultimately develop into a destination location.
