We recognise that access to digital technology and immersive tools is not equal. SUUM.Studio is committed to:
Ensuring that our projects, training programmes, and creative outputs are inclusive and provide pathways for underrepresented practitioners.
Making immersive design and AI-driven creative technologies more accessible through community engagement, mentorship, and industry partnerships.
Developing knowledge-sharing activities that remove barriers to participation by offering content in multiple formats (e.g., captioned videos, written transcripts, and multilingual resources).
7. Monitoring, Review & Accountability
We will:
Regularly review employment practices, recruitment data, and workplace culture to assess our progress on diversity and inclusion.
Annually evaluate this policy to ensure it remains effective and responsive to evolving social and legal frameworks.
Consult staff, freelancers, and community stakeholders to continuously refine and improve our inclusion strategies.
Publish updates on our diversity and inclusion efforts, demonstrating accountability to our workforce, partners, and audiences.
