Bier Hall Street Food Festival Space  | Environmental and Interactive Installation
Art Direction, Concept Design, Environmental Design, 3D modelling and visualisation

As part of a street food festival project concepting and licencing application we created a bespoke design for Bier Hall Glasgow to indicate the level of design sophistication, accessibility for customers and pedestrians to a busy city centre thoroughfare and indicate to the city planning department practical and experiential elements like lighting and visual accessibility, seating positions, rain cover and sound dampening. Additionally the design was used to secure partnerships with distilleries and buy in from the neighbouring businesses.

The design concept would allow a changing roster of street food as well as service from the Bier Hall’s renowned basement bar and restaurant to a passing and outdoor market, increasing their capacity and sales.
