Panic at 30,000 Feet
For Channel 5’s Panic at 30,000 Feet, a gripping three-part documentary series exploring real-life aviation emergencies, SUUM Studio designed a high-impact motion graphics and 3D animation package to intensify the storytelling and immerse audiences in the action.
We created bespoke animated title sequences that set the high-octane tone of each episode, visually capturing the drama and urgency of flights that lost control mid-air. To ground each story within its wider global context, we developed dynamic animated location maps, transporting viewers to crash sites, emergency landings, and near-miss incidents around the world.
With a cinematic approach to motion design, our work added depth, clarity, and visual momentum, making complex narratives accessible and engaging for a primetime TV audience.
