Art direction, animation, typography design and motion graphics for broadcast documentary series.

SUUM Studio worked with Rogan Productions Ltd. on MYTHLAND, a six-part documentary series exploring Scotland’s myths and mysteries with Evelyn Hollow and Dr Zara Gladman. Commissioned by BBC and Open University.

Our contribution

Across the series, we developed art direction, typography design, 3D animation and motion graphics, creating visual treatments shaped by each story.

From characters and environments to texture, lighting and movement, our work brings historical events, folklore and eyewitness accounts into animated worlds that sit alongside the documentary’s interviews, archive and location filming.
