Independent dance music is under threat. Rising costs, limited venues, and environmental pressures are making it harder for artists and promoters to unite people through live events. And now The Melters have arrived.
The Melters are interdimensional buzzkills invading our world to steal its greatest resource: fungonium the pure energy created by dancing, music, and joy. At raves, this energy peaks, making festivals a prime harvesting ground.
These alien fun-stealers storm events through glitching portals, deploying weird tech to drain the vibes and abduct the sound system, equipment, even the DJs themselves.
Their goal? Steal our music, drain our culture, and bring fungonium back to power their joyless grey dimension.
It’s up to you and your crew to stop them.

How it works
Game Mode: 4-player co-op PvE
Style: Survival waves and real-time repair
The rave is under siege. Melters crash in through glitching portals, unleashing swarms of Gremlins and Glitches to wreck the decks and kill the vibe. You and your crew are the last line of defence.
Each round gets harder. If the sound system dies, the rave is over.

Slam
For over three decades, Slam have shaped global techno culture, from underground clubs to festival stages.
The Glasgow duo have crafted hundreds of tracks, and their label Soma Records has released over a thousand records since its inception in 1991. The catalogue includes Daft Punk’s early singles, and in the spirit of real techno, Soma continues to push forward with new sounds and artists.
Their iconic Slam Tent in Scotland was among the first large-scale festival dance tents, becoming a defining space within festival culture from 1998–2017. A place of unbridled energy, experimentation, connection, and community on the dancefloor.
Save The Rave brings Slam into a new dimension. A playable experience inside Fortnite, connecting a new generation of fans with life-long ravers.
Building on the energy and cultural impact of the Slam Tent, it opens up new ways for audiences around the world to experience, explore and participate in the culture.
